At Lemah Park, we believe that how food is raised matters—not just for the health of the land but also for the quality of the food we produce. Growing evidence shows that regenerative farming practices create more vibrant soils, healthier animals, and nutritious food.
 

We’ve been sharing our homegrown lamb with family and friends for years and are excited to offer beef and lamb to a broader audience. We work with a local, family-owned butcher to ensure every cut is carefully aged for three weeks to enhance flavour and tenderness. Each product is vacuum-sealed and frozen to lock in freshness, ensuring premium quality without preservatives.

PICK UP/DELIVERY OPTIONS

For orders of $100 or more, we deliver throughout the Macedon Ranges and to metro Melbourne for a $25 delivery fee per order (opt in or out of delivery by choosing from the menu at checkout).

For other delivery locations, please email info@lemahpark.com.au before ordering so we can determine how best to get your produce. We will be in touch a couple of days before your order is ready with pick-up/delivery instructions.

QUICK THAW GUIDE:

  • Up to 500g: 15 minutes

  • 500-750g: 20 minutes

  • 750g-1kg: 30 minutes

  • 1-1.5kg: 45 minutes

  • 1.5-2kg: 1 hour

These times assume the meat is sealed in vacuum packaging and submerged in cool water, with the water refreshed occasionally to maintain a constant temperature. This method ensures safe thawing without compromising the texture or flavour.
